Principal Psychologist, Debbie Admoni's experience spans over 20 years in many community organisations including ASPECT, Lifeline, Life without Barriers, Employee Assistance Programs, government and in private practice, supporting all ages in mental health and people with disabilities.
Providing expert clinical supervision through evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development achieving the best mental health outcomes for clients and organisations.
Clinical Supervision is customised to each psychologist’s professional needs.
Debbie is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Areas we will explore during supervision:
Development of appropriate therapeutic approaches, skills and knowledge across the age range for :
Anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions and family instability
Working with complex groups including trauma and complex trauma, and
Clients with developmental disabilities and neurological disabilities including ADHD and autism
Working within a relationship and family focused framework to promote mental health & wellbeing.
Using various techniques to enhance intervention effectiveness
Support with ethical issues, such as confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries
Practitioner self-care, stress management and prevention of burnout
